Please note all orders, unless otherwise stated, will be delivered by our courier. Deliveries will generally be made between 8.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and our courier will require a signature from a person at the delivery address. If there is nobody available to sign for the delivery, our courier will leave a card giving details of how to re-arrange delivery or collection from their depot.

Advice – choose a delivery address that can take receipt of items between 8.30am-5.30pm.

UK Mainland Deliveries

Standard Deliveries

Free delivery on all orders over £150+VAT. On deliveries between £25 and £150+VAT the standard delivery charge is just £7.95+VAT. Orders below £25 delivery are charged at £12.95+VAT. (Standard delivery is normally within 3 working days or 7- 15 working days for premium display cabinets).

Next Day Delivery from Displaysense

Premium Deliveries

Next Day – £14.95+VAT on all orders. Available on stocked lines when the order is placed before 2pm. When reviewing a product, if the item is available for next day delivery, we’ll include an Express Delivery icon in its description (delivery truck with Express written on side). Items will be delivered between 8.30 am and 5.30pm on the next working day.

Timed Next Day – For pre-midday (before 12pm), by 10.30 and pre-9am (from 7.30am) deliveries, on available stocked lines ordered before 2pm, please call our sales dept. on 0845 200 8139 to check availability of this service and stock.

Please note - We are not able to provide next day delivery to some locations on the UK mainland. We’ll contact you immediately (during office hours) if you place an order requiring this service and we can’t provide this service. Alternatively, please contact our sales staff on 0845 200 8139 to enquire if this service is available in your area.

Same Day – If your order is extremely urgent we can normally offer a same day service on stocked lines. We use a network of dedicated same day couriers who can deliver your goods anywhere in the UK. Prices vary depending on the distance to you from our warehouse.

Unlike competitors there is no minimum order charge when shopping with Displaysense.

Non-UK Mainland Deliveries

UK Off-shore deliveries

Northern Ireland - £10.95+VAT. Delivery is within 3-5 working days.

Isle of Wight - £10.95+VAT. Delivery is within 3-5 working days.

Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, and Isle of Scilly -Standard Delivery - £29.95 +VAT - Delivery within 3-5 working days.

Channel Islands - Standard Delivery - £59.95 - Delivery within 3-5 working days. Though your purchase will include VAT, VAT will be deducted before your order is processed and dispatched.

Minimum Order Charge (if goods total less than £25+VAT) is £7+VAT. This applies to all UK destinations.

Other Destinations

Republic of Ireland- If you are based in the Republic of Ireland, visit Displaysense Ireland (www.displaysense.ie) which offers very favourable delivery options for Irish Customers as well as Euro pricing.

European Countries and the Rest of the world - If you are based in Europe, visit Displaysense.com which offers Euro pricing and very favourable delivery options.

Collection

We operate warehouses from a number of locations in the UK & Europe. Where your order is dispatched from will depend on a number of factors - Please call us on 0845 200 8139 or +44 (0)1279 213 800 to place your order and see if a collection is possible.

Important Note Regarding Damage/Shortages

On receipt of your delivery, please ensure all items are checked for damage or shortages. Damage or shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days upon receipt of delivery. Failure to follow any of the above guidelines may invalidate a claim. Thank you for your co-operation.
