We aim to supply products of the highest quality, but do understand that issues can occur after purchase. If during your first year of ownership, your product malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will offer you a replacement or 100% of your money back.
A faulty product is one that has a manufacturing defect. We guarantee all of our products for 1 year from date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
If you discover a fault with your product, the quickest & easiest way to inform us to take action is through our Help section of our website. Under our Customer Services section, choose the Faulty Product form.
We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your claim. We will remove all the hassle from the process by arranging collection of the item(s) and offer you a replacement new product or a full refund, and of course, our apologies for any inconvenience.
If you choose to have a replacement product, we will send it out immediately as long as we have it in stock and collect the faulty product from you. If however you require a refund, we will collect the product & inspect it before providing you a refund.
