At Displaysense we monitor our prices every week to ensure that we remain extremely competitive within the market place.
So, how do we do it?
When analysing competitors prices we take into account:

Is the product of the same quality?
We take into account the specification, dimensions and quality of material.

Is there a charge for delivery?
Our delivery policy is completely transparent - Standard delivery is free on ALL orders over £250+VAT and just £7.95+VAT on orders below.
Many companies charge by weight, location or as a percentage of your order value. We think this is unclear and a way of adding on extra charges.

How much is a premium delivery charge?
At Displaysense a Guaranteed Next Day delivery is just £14.95+VAT on ALL orders.
The majority of companies in the industry charge far more and it’s often based on weight, number packages, where you are in the country or the value of your order.

Hidden charges?
Believe it or not some companies claim to have low prices and then make up the difference with a number of hidden charges.
At Displaysense, the price you see is the price you pay - all we ask is for a minimum order of just £25+VAT.
Examples of some hidden charges out there include:- Surcharge for credit cards which are in some cases over 3% of the order value!
- Packing charge in addition to the delivery charge
- Delivery insurance charge based on goods value
- Charges for collecting goods
- Premium rate telephone number e.g. 0870 or 0871 numbers can cost as much as 10p per minute from a BT landline and more on a mobile!
- Restocking charges e.g. if you want to return a product you are often asked to pay between 10% and 25% of the order value for the company to take the goods back

Is it in stock?
We keep huge amounts of stock in order to give you fast delivery times. If we are ever out of stock, we can generally give you a clear indication of how quickly it will be back on our shelves.
Some companies show extraordinarily low prices, but conveniently never have the actual product in stock. Instead they offer an “alternative” which is a different specification/quality or a higher price, so don’t be fooled!

Flat packed or fully assembled?
Using our product symbols we clearly tell you when a product is fully or partially flat packed.
When comparing products, it is always important to check whether products are sold fully assembled or flat packed as you may find you have a lot of work to putting the units together!
