Return Authorisation Request

Under our 28-day money back guarantee, products can be returned to us for a full refund.

Once we have received your return request we will email you a returns authorisation number. Please write this number clearly on the outside cartons.

STEP 1:

Please check that your answer is ‘Yes’ to each point below before completing the online form:

1. The product(s) is unused and in its original packaging.
2. The product(s) has been delivered to me in the last 28 days (20 working days).
3. I will return the product(s) within the next 20 working days once I have received my returns authorisation number.
4. I understand that it is advisable to return the product(s) using a fully insured courier or special delivery so that I am able to make a claim should any loss or damage occur.
5. I understand that the full cost of the product will be refunded, but delivery charges will not.
