Overseas & Off-shore Orders Terms and Conditions
UK OFF-SHORE ORDERS
1. DEFINED AS
NORTHERN IRELAND, SCOTTISH OFF-SHORE ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN & ISLE OF WIGHT
2. MINIMUM ORDER
£25+VAT minimum order value, whether we are delivering the goods to you or you arranging for them to be collected from us.
3. DELIVERY COSTS
To Northern Ireland:
£10.95+VAT standard delivery charge. Delivery is within 3-5 working days.
To Isle of Wight:
£7.95+VAT. Delivery is within 3 working days.
To Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Anglesey:
Please place your order online and you will be contacted with the delivery cost (based upon size & weight) before your order is finalised and processed. Alternatively, please call our sales dept. on 0845 200 8139 or +44 (0)1279 460 460 for a personal quotation.
4. COLLECTION OF GOODS
If you have a preferred courier, you can arrange to have your order collected from us. Please contact us before sending your courier to collect to ensure that your order is ready.
5. PACKAGING & DAMAGE
Our products are carefully packed with courier transport in mind.
On receipt of your delivery from our supplied courier, please ensure all items are checked for damage or shortages. Damage or shortages must be reported to us within 3 working days upon receipt of delivery. Failure to follow any of the above guidelines may invalidate a claim. Thank you for your co-operation.
When using your own courier, they are responsible for your goods once they leave our warehouse. Please ensure you have adequate insurance to cover the risk of loss or damage for goods in transit to yourself.
6. PRICES
We do not have higher prices for UK Off-shore or Overseas orders, you will pay exactly the same goods cost as our UK mainland customers.
7. RETURN OF GOODS/MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
The 14 day money back guarantee also applies to all UK Off-shore or Overseas orders.
The product(s) must be returned to us in good condition within 14 days (10 working days) of date it was delivered to you. Please see our Money Back Guarantee section for full terms and conditions.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
1. DEFINED AS
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS AND ANY OTHER COUNTRY OUTSIDE OF THE UK.
2. MINIMUM ORDER
£300 minimum order if goods are delivered by ourselves. If you arrange to have the goods collected then the minimum order is £25.
3. DELIVERY COSTS
Republic of Ireland - £34.95+VAT. Delivery is within 5 working days. All orders are palletized for safer delivery and to minimise damage.
Overseas and Channel Islands - please place your order online and you will be contacted with the delivery cost before your order is finalised and processed. Alternatively, please call our sales dept. on 0845 200 8139 or +44 (0)1279 460 460 for a personal quotation. We will then require confirmation in writing that you are happy to proceed.
4. VAT
VAT is non refundable on all overseas orders under £300 (both collected and delivered).
If we are delivering goods to you overseas and the order value is over £300, VAT will be deducted automatically.
If you are collecting goods from us, a VAT deposit will be charged. Once we receive official documentation from you to show that the goods have been delivered outside of the UK, a VAT refund will be issued. Please note that any bank or transfer charges that we incur will be deducted from this refund.
5. PAYMENT METHOD
Foreign credit cards cannot be accepted as there is no address verification or CVS (3 digit) match on UK credit card companies’ systems. We can, therefore, not verify who the card owner is or where the card is registered to.
Our required payment method is via an international bank transfer. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1 - Place your order on-line, over the phone or via e-mail.
Step 2 - We will then calculate the cost of delivery and ask you to confirm that you would like to proceed in writing.
Step 3 - Ask for a pro-forma invoice to be raised and e-mailed/faxed to you
Step 4 - Check through you order and delivery cost on the pro forma invoice
Step 5 - Ask your bank to make an international transfer for the amount to:
