With only two shelves, the space between the top and the base remains completely clear for clothes on hangers. Longer clothing such as maxi dresses and overcoats can hang freely without touching the shelf below too. The bottom shelf sits just above the wheels and keeps shoes, bags and boxed stock off the floor, making the area around the rail easier to clean. Both shelves have a wood effect finish, which adds warmth against the black frame and works well with brick walls and wooden floors.
