A faulty product is one that has a manufacturing defect rather than one that has been delivered to you broken or damaged. All faults must be reported to us within your 1 Year Warranty period. We will require you to provide us with images of the damaged item(s) and a description of the fault. All of this information can be submitted in the below form. Once submitted, a member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.
