Large Format Printing Service:
Print and Hardware From One Supplier

Professional large format printing from A5 flyers to full exhibition backdrops. UV and dye-sublimation printing on silk satin paper, waterproof polypropylene, anti-curl vinyl, and dye-sub fabric. CMYK colour mode required; RGB files will be converted and colours may shift. File formats accepted: high-resolution PDF (preferred), JPEG at 300dpi minimum, TIFF. Bleed: 3mm on all edges. Safe zone: keep critical content 15mm inside trim edge. Free pre-flight artwork check on every order. Template assistance available for placing existing artwork into our print-ready templates. Turnaround: 3 to 10 working days depending on product; next-day available on select items on request. Print-only orders available for replacement graphics on existing Displaysense hardware.

Ordering print and hardware from the same supplier removes the most common cause of a failed installation: the print does not fit the hardware. Because we manufacture the display stands we also know the exact finished dimensions, cassette specifications, and installation requirements of every product. Our print is produced to fit our hardware precisely, with the correct bleed, safe zone, and material specification for each product type included in the template we provide.

Our printing service covers poster printing, banner printing, leaflet printing, roller banner graphics, exhibition stand graphics, flag printing, and gazebo printing. For the hardware see our banner stands, flags, and exhibition stands.

Free Pre-Flight Artwork Check on Every Order

Every order is checked for resolution, bleed, safe zone, and colour mode before printing. If our team spots an issue, we pause and contact you before ink hits substrate, preventing a wasted print run.

Print Produced to Fit Our Hardware Precisely

Because we sell the display hardware, our templates include the exact cassette width, bleed, and installation margin for each product. Ordering print and hardware together from us eliminates the sizing mismatch that occurs when print is sourced separately.

UV and Dye-Sublimation for Different Substrates

Posters and banners use UV or latex printing on paper, polypropylene, and vinyl. Fabric exhibition stands, flags, and gazebos use dye-sublimation, which fuses colour into the fabric fibres for a print that does not crack or peel with folding. Specify the hardware product and we match the correct print technology and substrate.

Template Assistance for Existing Artwork

We do not offer a full graphic design service, but our print team assists with placing your existing logos and artwork into our print-ready templates at the correct position, scale, and bleed. Supply your assets and we fit them to the template.

3 to 10 Day Turnaround with Next-Day Options

Standard turnaround is 3 to 10 working days depending on product type; fabric dye-sublimation takes longer than paper poster printing. Next-day delivery is available on select products on request for urgent campaign deadlines.

Print-Only Orders for Replacement Graphics

If you have an existing Displaysense roller banner, pop-up stand, or banner stand, order print-only to refresh the graphic for a new campaign without purchasing new hardware. Specify your hardware model and we produce the replacement graphic to the correct dimensions.

Posters, Banners, Fabric Displays or Replacement Graphics?

Paper and polypropylene for posters, roller banners, and pavement sign inserts. Fabric dye-sublimation for exhibition stands, flags, gazebo panels, and café barriers. Print-only for refreshing graphics on existing hardware without replacement.

For Posters, Roller Banners and Pavement Signs

190gsm satin paper for poster printing. 340gsm polypropylene for roller banner graphics and outdoor banner printing. Anti-curl vinyl for applications requiring a flat rigid surface. All printed in CMYK at 1200dpi for sharp text and photographic imagery at close viewing distances.

For Exhibition Stands, Flags and Gazebos

Dye-sublimation printing on polyester fabric for pop-up exhibition stands, feather and teardrop flags, and gazebo roof and side panels. CMYK artwork required; dye-sub on fabric produces slightly different colour rendering to paper printing so provide approved artwork rather than screen-optimised RGB files.

For Replacement Graphics on Existing Hardware

Specify your existing product model when ordering replacement print-only graphics. We produce the replacement to the exact cassette width, pole pocket depth, and bleed specification of your original hardware. Available for all current Displaysense roller banners, pop-up stands, and banner stands.

Print and Hardware Together:
The Displaysense Advantage

Displaysense has printed and supplied display hardware to exhibition companies, retailers, event organisers, and marketing agencies across the UK for nearly 50 years. Our print service is integrated with our hardware range: every template is specific to the product it is printed for, every pre-flight check covers the installation requirements of that product, and every replacement graphic is produced to the exact specification of the original. For the display hardware to go with your print see our banner stands, flags, and exhibition stands.

What file format and resolution do you need?
High-resolution PDF with fonts embedded is the preferred format. We also accept JPEG and TIFF files at a minimum of 300dpi at the final print size. Files below 300dpi will appear pixelated when printed at large format. All files must be in CMYK colour mode; RGB files will be converted and colours may shift noticeably from your screen view, particularly oranges, greens, and purples.
What is bleed and why does it matter?
Bleed is the area of artwork that extends 3mm beyond the final trim edge on all sides. When a print is cut to size, even a small cut variation can leave a white strip at the edge if the artwork stops exactly at the trim line. Extending the background colour or image 3mm beyond the trim edge into the bleed area prevents this. Our templates include bleed guides; extend your background fills to the bleed boundary before supplying artwork.
What is a safe zone and where should I keep critical content?
The safe zone is the area inside which all critical content (logos, headlines, contact details) must sit to avoid being trimmed or obscured by the hardware frame. Keep all critical content at least 15mm inside the final trim edge. Background fills and decorative elements can extend to the bleed boundary; text, logos, and key imagery must stay within the safe zone.
Do you design artwork from scratch?
No. You must supply your own artwork, logos, and images. Our print team assists with placing existing artwork into our print-ready templates at the correct dimensions and bleed, but we do not create original graphic design. For graphic design services, use your own designer with our template file as the starting point.
Can I order print only for a stand I already own?
Yes. Specify your existing product model when ordering and we produce the replacement graphic to the exact specification of your hardware. Available for all current Displaysense roller banners, pop-up stands, and banner stands. Contact us if you are unsure of your model specification.
What turnaround options are available?
Standard turnaround is 3 to 10 working days; paper and polypropylene products are at the shorter end, fabric dye-sublimation products at the longer end. Next-day delivery is available on select products for urgent requirements; contact our team before ordering to confirm availability for your specific product and quantity.
Why does my print look different from my screen?
Screens display colour in RGB (red, green, blue additive light); print uses CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black subtractive ink). Colours that appear vivid on screen, particularly bright oranges, neon greens, and vivid purples, cannot be fully reproduced in CMYK and will print noticeably differently. Always supply artwork in CMYK and review a CMYK soft proof before approving for print.
