Do you design the artwork for me?
No, we do not act as a graphic design agency. You must supply the logos and images. However, we do help with template completion, meaning we can assist in placing your existing elements into our print-ready templates.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by product, typically between 3 to 10 working days. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us—we can often arrange Next Day delivery on specific items.
What file types do you accept?
We prefer high-resolution PDF files with fonts embedded. We also accept high-quality JPEGs (300dpi) and TIFFs. Please ensure all files are set to CMYK colour mode for accurate reproduction.
Can I print replacement graphics for a stand I already own?
Yes. If you already have a Displaysense pop-up stand or banner, you can order "Print Only" to refresh your branding for a new campaign without buying new hardware.
What is bleed?
Bleed is the area of print that goes beyond the edge of the final trimmed size (usually 3mm). This ensures you don't get white strips at the edge of your posters. Our templates include bleed guides to help you.
