Please note: For our express delivery services; Next Day, Next Day by 12pm and Saturday Delivery, orders must be placed before 4.00pm. Heavy Goods delivery of Oversized Items
This premium service covers the delivery of oversized items and display cabinets, conducted by our dedicated specialist team to ensure the utmost care and efficiency. For items priced over £125+VAT, we offer FREE delivery to UK Mainland Zone 1, Zone 2 Scottish Highlands delivery incurs a £40.00+VAT
delivery charge.
Delivery typically takes between 5-7 days. After dispatching your order, our delivery partner will reach out to you within 48 hours to coordinate the shipment directly.
Please ensure a contact telephone number is provided during checkout, as it is essential for the delivery coordination process.
Please inform our Heavy goods delivery service of any access issues both outside and inside your home that may hinder delivery, for example, small narrow roads, small doorways and corridors. Failure to do so may encourage a failed delivery and the cancellation fee will be chargeable to you.
Deliveries to Europe
We can only offer delivery of goods to the UK and Ireland. However, you can arrange collection of goods from our warehouse at your own cost using a courier of your choice. Please email help@displaysense.co.uk with your selected items and quantities required, a member of our Customer Service Team will then be able to provide you with box dimensions and weights to enable your collection.
