Event Gazebo FAQs
Can one person set it up?
While it is possible for one person to set up our smaller 3x3m gazebos, we strongly recommend two people. This prevents twisting the frame during expansion and makes the process much faster (under 5 minutes).
Are they 100% waterproof?
Our canopies are rated as highly water-resistant/showerproof and are suitable for typical UK rain. However, in extreme storms or torrential downpours, we recommend dismantling the tent for safety.
Do I need weights?
Yes. Even heavy-duty gazebos act like sails in the wind. We strongly recommend using leg weights (sandbags or cast iron) or guy ropes/pegs on soft ground to secure the structure.
Can I replace just the roof later?
Yes. If you rebrand or your canopy gets damaged after years of use, you can purchase a replacement roof graphic without needing to buy a whole new frame.
What printing method do you use?
We use dye-sublimation printing. This fuses the ink into the fabric, resulting in sharp, vibrant colours that are resistant to cracking, peeling, and fading from UV light.
