Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from Displaysense we’re here to help. You will need to contact our Help Desk before returning any product.

  • It is essential to include the Returns Form and attach the address label to the box to ensure the return is identified. The returns label can be found on the back of your picking slip - please cut it out and attach it to the box.
  • Your order must be returned to us within 28 days (20 working days) of delivery and in good condition.
  • We simply ask that the product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging

Once we receive your item in our warehouse the Returns Department will inspect the goods and will notify you within 5 working days of receipt the status of your refund. Refunds will be made via the payment method used at the time of ordering. 

Damages

We recommend that customers inspect their products upon arrival. If you notice any damage, please visit our Help Desk to speak with a member of our Customer Service team before proceeding further.

 

Damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery, and we kindly ask that you keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved. Our team will guide you through the necessary steps to assist you.

Shortages & Misspicks

We suggest customers check the contents of their orders upon receipt of delivery. In the rare event that an order is received with a shortage/misspick please let us know within 14 daysof delivery. Please complete the form on our Contact Us page to report providing a short description of your issue and a member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

Faults

Our team has handpicked our products from trusted sources & carefully select high quality lines. From time to time faults do occur. Any claim to the 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty must be reported to us within your 1 Year Warranty period. In order to assist you we'll need you to contact us. A member of our team will then be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

To safeguard your purchase we advise that you communicate directly through the platform you have purchased from. Simply log into the platform you have purchased from and follow the guidelines suggested to you.
