Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from Displaysense, we will replace or refund the product price in full.

The product should be unused, unassembled and in its original packaging. 

Please follow the returns process:

1.

Email help@displaysense.co.uk and include your reason for return and your order number/contact details.

We'll generate a Returns Authorisation Number for you to return your goods to us.

2.

The product(s) must be returned to us in good condition within 28 days (20 working days) of the date it was delivered to you.

3.

When organising a return, we suggest you return goods via a fully insured courier so that you can obtain proof of delivery.

4.

We will process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the goods back, but some card issuers can take up to 10 working days to show the refund on your debit/credit card account.

Orders paid via Bank Transfer will be paid back to the original account that the money was transferred from.

Damages

All damages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Please email us at help@displaysense.co.uk with a picture of the damage, a picture of the consignment label on the box along with your order number and contact details. A member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

Shortages & Mispicks

All shortages/mispicks must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery.

Please email us at help@displaysense.co.uk with your order number, short description of your issue and contact details. A member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.

Faults

All faults must be reported to us within your 1 Year Warranty period. 

A faulty product is one that has a manufacturing defect rather than one that has been delivered to you broken or damaged. Please email us at help@displaysense.co.uk with your order number, short description of your issue, with a picture of the deemed fault and contact details. A member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.
