If you are not entirely satisfied with ANY product purchased from Displaysense we’re here to help. Simply log in to My Account and go to your order history, then select the order you wish to return, fill in the returns form section and follow the instructions of how to return your goods. You will need to complete our Returns Form which can you download here.
Once we receive your item in our warehouse the Returns Department will inspect the goods and will notify you within 5 working days of receipt the status of your refund.
All damages must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. In order to assist you we'll need you to fill out the details on the Reporting a Damage Form to report any damages. We will require a picture of the damage, a picture of the consignment label on the box along with your order number and contact details. A member of our team will be then be in contact to resolve the issue for you.
All shortages/mispicks must be reported to us within 3 working days of delivery. Please email us at email@example.com to report any shortages or mispicks. Please provide a short description of your issue and a member of our team will be in contact to resolve the issue for you.
All faults must be reported to us within your 1 Year Warranty period. In order to assist you we'll need you to fill out the details on the Report a Faulty Item Form to report any faults. A member of our team will then be in contact to resolve the issue for you.
