Grey Stoplight Backing Prevents Light Wash-Out
Standard lightweight banner material is semi-transparent: when placed in front of a window, against a brightly lit wall, or near strong spotlighting, light passes through the back of the banner and washes out the colours from behind, making the graphic look faded and dull. Our 340gsm polypropylene has a grey opaque stoplight backing layer that blocks light transmission through the material entirely, keeping graphics bold, saturated, and readable regardless of the lighting conditions at the display position.

1200dpi Photo-Grade Resolution
We use Epson photo-grade printers at 1200dpi, the resolution at which photographic imagery and fine detail in logos and typography reproduce with full tonal range and sharp edges at banner viewing distance. At this resolution, corporate logos at 800mm wide reproduce with the same edge definition as the original vector artwork. Exhibition-quality photographic imagery reproduces without visible dot pattern or colour banding. Waterproof and Scratch-Resistant for Outdoor Use
The polypropylene surface is non-porous and waterproof: rain on an outdoor banner position does not penetrate the material or cause ink to run. The anti-scuff surface resists the handling marks and abrasions that accumulate on banner graphics transported in carry bags between exhibitions and events. Standard roller banner base units are not designed for outdoor wind exposure; for outdoor display, pair the printed graphic with an outdoor banner stand with ground spike fixing or water-ballast base rated for outdoor wind conditions.
Template Support and Free File Check
We provide the correct artwork template for your specific stand size, showing the exact print dimensions, bleed area, and safe zone to ensure no text or logo is cut off by the cassette or stand mechanism when the banner is loaded. We perform a free file check before printing: if your artwork resolution is insufficient, the dimensions do not match the template, or the file has colour mode issues, we contact you before printing to avoid a poor result.
