A4 sign holders display printed 210x297mm inserts in a fixed position for reading in place. Acrylic, aluminium, and wood formats. L-stands (slanted, single-sided) for counter and desk positions. T-stands (upright, double-sided) for table and island positions. Wall-mounted pockets for corridor and door signage. Freestanding floor stand totems with weighted bases for lobby and queue positions. Many floor stands include rotating heads for portrait and landscape switching. Accepts paper up to approximately 300gsm. Clean with soft damp cloth and mild soap; no glass cleaners on acrylic.

What is the difference between an A4 sign holder and an A4 leaflet holder?

A sign holder keeps the insert in a fixed display position for reading in place. A leaflet holder is a pocket dispenser from which customers take a copy away. Use sign holders for menus, price cards, and notices; leaflet holders for take-away promotional material.

L-stand or T-stand for a restaurant table?

T-stand. The double-sided upright format displays the menu to customers on both sides of the table simultaneously. An L-stand is single-sided and angled; one side of the table would be reading it from behind.

Can I use card stock heavier than standard paper?

Yes, up to approximately 300gsm. Heavier card stands straighter than thin paper in the pocket. For laminated inserts, check that the overall laminated thickness fits within the pocket width of the specific model.

How do I clean acrylic sign holders?

Soft microfibre cloth with warm soapy water. No standard glass cleaners (ammonia clouds acrylic), abrasive cloths (micro-scratch), or solvent-based cleaners (permanently craze the surface).

Can A4 sign holders be used outdoors?

No. Standard acrylic is not weatherproof and will be damaged by direct rain. Standard floor stands also tip in wind. Specify heavy-based outdoor menu holders or enclosed outdoor sign cases for any exterior position.

Do floor stands rotate between portrait and landscape?

Many models include a rotating head for switching between portrait (210x297mm) and landscape (297x210mm) without tools. Confirm this is listed in the product description before ordering if orientation flexibility is required.
