Velcro Friendly
Instant mounting. The panels are covered in high-quality loop nylon fabric. This surface is specifically designed to work with hook fasteners (Velcro dots), allowing you to attach and reposition posters instantly without using pins.
Folding Design
Easy transport. Our folding display kits feature hinged panels that collapse concertina-style. This makes even large 8-panel kits compact enough to fit into a car boot, ideal for travelling exhibitors and sales reps.
Double Sided
Maximum space. The panels are upholstered on both sides, often with different colour options (e.g., Blue on one side, Grey on the other). This effectively doubles your display area and allows you to create 360-degree island displays.
Tabletop Options
Compact presentation. Our tabletop display boards (typically 3-panel "triptych" style) are perfect for smaller events, school desks, or reception counters where floor space is limited but impact is still needed.
Header Panels

Can I use pins on these boards?
Yes. The boards accept pins, but we strongly recommend using Velcro hook dots instead. Velcro is quicker, cleaner, and keeps your display looking new by avoiding pin holes in the fabric.
Are they easy to set up?
Extremely easy. Folding kits simply unfold and stand up in seconds without any tools. Panel and Pole systems clip together easily, usually taking one person less than 10 minutes to assemble a full booth.
Are they double sided?
Yes. Almost all our folding display boards are upholstered on both sides. This is great for open spaces where people will walk around your display.
How heavy are they?
They are designed to be portable. A standard 6-panel kit typically weighs around 8-12kg, making it manageable for one person to carry in the supplied bag.

Can I add more panels later?
With our Panel and Pole systems, yes, you can buy extra poles and panels to extend your display. Folding kits are fixed units (e.g., 6, 7, or 8 panels) and cannot easily be extended.
Do they come with a carry bag?
Yes. Most of our folding kits include a fabric carry bag for protection and easy transport. Check the individual product description to confirm inclusion.
Are they suitable for heavy framed pictures?
No. These lightweight boards are designed for paper, card, and laminated posters attached with Velcro. Heavy framed art may tip the board over.
What is a header panel?
A header panel is a smaller rectangular board that sits on top of the main display. It is used to display a title or logo, adding height and professionalism to your presentation.
Are they fire rated?
We offer specific ranges that are fire retardant (Class 1 or Class 0) for strict venue regulations. Please check the product specifications if fire rating is a requirement for your event hall.
