When your order is dispatched we email tracking details. You can also see live status any time in your account. Larger orders are sometimes split across more than one parcel or pallet, so items may arrive separately. If anything looks held up, submit a request below with your order number and we will chase it for you.

Most in-stock orders ship the same or next working day from our UK warehouse, with free mainland UK delivery on every order and no minimum spend. Made-to-order and bespoke items show an estimated date on the product page that reflects build time before dispatch.

A VAT invoice is issued automatically on dispatch and emailed to you. If you need another copy, or one addressed to a department or PO reference, submit a request below with your order number and we will reissue it the same working day.
