Why the Black Frame Makes the Display the Only Thing You See

• Black aluminium frame for high-contrast display: The black surround recedes so the glass panels appear to float, the 6400K LEDs read at their brightest, and every item inside commands attention. In dark-walled boutiques, collector studios, hospitality settings and exhibition stands where contrast is the intended aesthetic, the black frame reinforces the environment rather than fighting it.

The height stays at 1800mm regardless of width, so four shelves at full ceiling height occupy a 600mm floor footprint. Nothing about the display quality is reduced.
• 360-degree 4mm toughened glass on all panels: Both sides, full rear and front door are all glazed. No opaque panels at any angle. • 9 integrated 6400K daylight LEDs calibrated for 600mm: One overhead, eight side-mounted, built into the frame. Against the black frame, the daylight LEDs read at their crispest.

Where the Black Frame Creates Contrast That Sells

The choice of black over silver at this width is an intentional design decision, not just a colour preference. A black aluminium frame recedes visually so that the glass panels appear to float, the LEDs read crisper, and the objects inside command all the attention. In a dark-walled retail environment, a boutique with dramatic lighting, a collector studio with matte surfaces, or a hospitality setting where premium products need to look the part, the black-frame cabinet is the right tool. It is also entirely at home in bright, minimal spaces: the contrast works in any direction. The 360-degree glass construction is particularly effective with a black frame. The 4mm toughened glass panels on both sides, the full rear and the front door create a fully transparent box within the black aluminium surround.

The height stays at 1800mm, so despite the compact width you have four shelves at full ceiling height, each capable of holding 12kg evenly distributed. Nothing about the display quality is reduced at 600mm. Only the floor footprint changes. The single hinged door suits the 600mm width perfectly. It swings open to give completely unobstructed access across the full interior in one movement: no centre post, no split access, no need to manage two panels simultaneously. One key locks it in a single action. Two keys are supplied. The four 5mm tempered glass shelves sit on a continuous rod track running the full interior height. Set any shelf to any position, lock it without tools, and rearrange as your display changes. Need the full 1800mm column clear for a tall piece? Remove all four shelves. The 10 integrated daylight LEDs, two at the top and eight along the sides, illuminate every level evenly regardless of how you configure the shelves. At 6400K the colour temperature renders true white on jewellery, true colour on branded packaging, and accurate tone on every surface. Against the black interior frame, the daylight illumination reads with particular crispness and visual impact.

At 47.85kg this is the lightest freestanding model in the DTS range. One person can position it on delivery day without assistance.
